Help play an active role in your child/children's school year by becoming a Room Parent to help out in your child's homeroom class. If you're interested in becoming a Room Parent this year, please sign up!

What is a Room Parent?

A room mom or dad is a volunteer who helps out in their child's homeroom class to support the teacher. Room parents help with classroom events and support any other projects that the teacher might request help with! Room parents get the unique opportunity to play an active role in their child/children's school year! We are all busier than ever these days, which is why it's ideal for each class to have Co-Room Parents to divide responsibilities.

Duties of a Room Parent:

  • Plan and recruit volunteers for classroom parties, projects and events.
  • Communicate with the teacher to address any classroom needs throughout the year.
  • Assist PTA during Teacher Appreciation week activities.
  • Is an active member of the PTA.
