Happy Friday! We hope all of our Liscano families are staying warm and safe this week. It's hard to believe we're already in February! The school year is moving along at a pretty face pace and we appreciate your continued support!

Frisco ISD Winter Weather Closings

Frisco ISD will be closed for instruction and business on Thursday and Friday, February 3-4, 2022 due to anticipated inclement weather and poor road conditions. Events scheduled for Wednesday after school and all day Thursday and Friday are also canceled. Frisco ISD will be utilizing bad weather make-up days that were originally scheduled for April 18th and April 25th. More information about weather-related closings in Frisco ISD is available on our District website.

Enter the February Membership Raffle

It's raffle time! To show our appreciation, all Liscano PTA members will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card at the end of February! Nominations for Life Membership Award

The Honorary Texas PTA Life Membership Award is one of the highest honors which can be bestowed upon an individual by the Texas PTA for outstanding contributions and service toward the well-being and benefit of children and youth. Join the Scavenger Hunt for Advocacy to Raise Money for Liscano!

Are you ready to have some FUN to help our school? Join Frisco PTA in the Scavenger Hunt for Advocacy! On Monday, February 21 at 10am, the first clue drops and the HUNT is ON! Teams will have until 4pm to solve as many clues and visit as many locations as they can. Grand prizes will go to the team that turns in the most correct answers the fastest AND the team that earns the most points! Additional team prizes will be up for grabs, and Liscano will earn money for each team that joins! Interested? Visit www.friscopta.org/hunt for more information. Registration is now open!

MARS Involvment Award

Congratulations! We recently received the MARS (Men Are Really Super) Involvement Award for appointing or electing one man to serve in eligible positions on our Liscano PTA Executive Board. Thank you to all the men on our Executive Board for their continued service!

Liscano Spirit Days & Nights!

Thank you for continuing to support Liscano Spirit Days and Nights at local community restaurants. These school fundraisers strengthen the bonds between schools, families, and the community, all while bringing in essential funds to help supplement the school's budget for things like enrichment programs and hospitality events to support our wonderful teachers, staff and students.
